In his preparation for the contest, he formulated a detailed plan for the team, introduced efficient strategy and arranged for intensive practice. Subsequently, his team worked in harmony and got really good results.

Mr. also participated in the Scientific Research Design Contest for Undergraduate Students under my direct supervision. He revealed himself as a meticulous and passionate person in designing his subject on diabetic nephropathy. Despite his insufficient lab experience and statistical knowledge that time, he still referred to the library and the internet to boost his capacity in that area, which turned out to be quite a success, because he finally put forward a feasible and highly-valued hypothesis concerning the potential mechanisms of miRNA-146 in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy.
